helpful staff amazing breakfast small pillow mouldy air conditioner
The staff was great. They held my luggage after check-out. i could explore a bit more without worrying about my bags. the breakfast was amazing!!!
the pillows were very small and uncomfortable. the air conditioner was full of mould inside and dripping water badly, so the bedsheet was wet.

the breakfast had various tasty selections. i appreciated the friendly and helpful kitchen staff. the room was very clean and perfect! the location is convenient near public transport.

A Solid, but Uneven, Experience
really good cleaning smooth check-in check-out better breakfast uncomfortable pillow slamming door high noise
The cleaning service stood out . The housekeeping staff maintained the room well. The hotel offered a breakfast that was better than I anticipated. The check-in and check-out processes were also smooth and efficient.
I found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable. I also noticed doors were frequently slammed shut. The noise levels were high. It originated from inside the hotel itself. Thin doors did little to block sounds from neighboring bathrooms. These sounds came from the head of the bed.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
breakfast buffet public transport small room unsafe area
the breakfast buffet was quite nice it had a decent variety of options. the location was also convenient for accessing public transport this made getting around easy.
my room was rather small there was not much space to move around. the surrounding area felt a little unsafe i noticed some sketchy people nearby at night.

The breakfast had many choices. It was possible to easily catch tram 28 for a city tour. The hotel provided convenient access to Praca Martim Moniz. It was perfect to walk to the city center. The staff was available 24 hours. The air conditioning worked well.
The immediate area felt slightly sketchy. I noticed some individuals but they did not bother me directly.
